Payment
Lesson fees are due monthly, in full, before the first lesson of each month. If payment is not received before your first scheduled lesson, lessons will be paused until payment is received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund or make-up.
Illness/Emergency: Exceptions for sudden illness or family emergencies may be made at the teacher’s discretion. Please communicate as soon as possible.
Teacher Cancellations: If I must cancel a lesson, I will offer a make-up at a mutually convenient time or issue a full refund for the missed lesson.
Make-Up Lessons
Eligibility: Make-up lessons are offered only for cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Limit: A maximum of three (3) make-up lessons per calendar year may be scheduled.
Scheduling: Make-up lessons must be scheduled within one (1) week of the original lesson date, subject to availability.
Commitment & Withdrawal
Ongoing Commitment: Consistent attendance is expected for steady progress. If you wish to discontinue lessons, please provide at least two weeks’ notice.
Refunds: No refunds are given for unused lessons unless the teacher cancels the remaining lessons.
